Basics

What counts as cookies or tracking

Cookies are small files stored by a website or related service. Similar rules may also apply to local storage, pixels, device identifiers, scripts, and other techniques that store or access information on a visitor device.

Neuval keeps the cookie setup intentionally small: a local privacy preference, optional Google Analytics after consent, and security tooling for the booking form.

Belgium/EU

Consent approach

For Belgian and EU visitors, non-essential analytics requires prior consent. Declining optional analytics does not limit access to the website.

The ALLOW and DECLINE buttons are intentionally direct. The site does not use deceptive button styling, consent walls, or a hidden refusal path.

Controls

Change your preference

Use the controls on this page to allow or decline optional analytics. Declining analytics updates the local preference and asks Google Analytics to stop analytics storage for future events in this browser.

You can also clear site data in your browser if you want to remove local preferences manually.

05

Third parties

External provider policies

Some services have their own documentation and privacy terms. Neuval keeps the number of services small and avoids loading analytics before consent.
