[Terms of use]
Website terms for Neuval.
These terms govern use of the public Neuval website. Project work itself is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement.
Scope
Website use
The website is provided to explain Neuval, show selected work, answer common questions, and allow visitors to send project briefs or book calls.
Using this website does not create a client relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or obligation for Neuval to accept a project.
Studio work
Project discussions and proposals
Project conversations are exploratory until Neuval and the client agree written scope, pricing, timeline, responsibilities, and payment terms.
Any estimate, timeline, or initial advice shared before a signed agreement is non-binding unless a written proposal states otherwise.
- A project may require discovery before fixed scope is possible.
- Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, analytics, app-store accounts, APIs, licenses, and infrastructure are normally separate from Neuval fees unless stated otherwise.
- Client feedback, content readiness, account access, and timely approvals can affect delivery timelines.
Contact flow
Booking and contact form use
Visitors should submit accurate contact information and project context. The booking flow should not be used for spam, scraping, credential testing, abusive automation, or misleading enquiries.
Neuval may ignore, block, or delete submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, or technically harmful.
Content
Website content and portfolio materials
Website copy, interface design, code, visual systems, motion concepts, and brand materials on this site belong to Neuval or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise.
Portfolio references may link to third-party websites. Those websites are operated by their respective owners and may change without notice.
Project inputs
Client materials and responsibilities
When a project starts, the client is responsible for having the rights to logos, brand assets, product copy, images, data, accounts, and other materials supplied to Neuval.
Neuval may refuse to use materials that appear unlawful, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or outside the agreed project scope.
AI-assisted work
AI-assisted design and development
Neuval may use AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, prototyping, code generation, testing, content drafting, documentation, and internal productivity.
AI-assisted output is reviewed and integrated by Neuval before delivery. The exact toolchain and acceptable use boundaries can be defined in the project agreement when needed.
No guarantee
Website availability and accuracy
Neuval aims to keep the website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that third-party links remain live.
The website may be changed, rebuilt, taken offline, or updated without notice.
Limits
Liability for website use
The public website is informational. It should not be treated as technical, legal, tax, or business advice tailored to a visitor situation.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Neuval is not liable for losses caused by use of the public website, reliance on general website information, external links, or temporary unavailability.
Jurisdiction
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer or data protection rules say otherwise.
